News of 25 June 2007: Internet price reduction for Blue Mesa Lodge owners.
The price of a wireless internet connection has been reduced from $45 to $16 for Blue Mesa owners. Additionally the price of basic cable service provided by the HOA has been reduced from $48.15 to $33.98. This price reduction occured by negotiating a bulk purchase agreement between the BML HOA and Mountain Village Cable. Special thanks to Tyco and Keith Brown (BML 41A) for suggesting this savings to the HOA and to Mary Fedorka (BML 21A/B) and Richard of Mountain Mansion Management for follow up and negotiations.

News of 24 August 2007:  Locks with keypads have been ordered for all exterior doors, plus an electronic lock for the front door.  Further details and timeline for this will be advised soon. Replacement of the garage door is being worked on. Wireless internet is active in the building for all rooms. The exterior paint job is complete but requires some final touch up which should be done by the end of next week. The tree installed at the entry is being watered by Mountain Village at Richard’s request. An ashtray to be put in that area has been ordered so people hopefully stop putting their cigarette butts there.
News of 12 October, 2007: The garage door has been replaced and a new hot water system has been installed. Thank-you, Controlled Hydronics for your quick, professional installation of the hot water system!
The 2008 Annual HOA Members Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 5th at 10am MST. Richard Joyce, the HOA manager will send notices to all members with instructions as to how to join via phone conference call as well as any relevant documentation, agendas, etc. Richard will inform all owners towards the end of February, 2008.
