Blue Mesa Lodge 41A- Mountain Village
A studio condo with a loft and deck in the heart of the Mountain Village core. Full kitchen, one bath, with a queen bed in the loft and 2 day beds on the main floor. 32 inch wide screen cable tv, dvd, cd, ipod-compatible stereo, internet connection. Ski access to the condo from lifts 1,2,4 with a ski locker at the building entrance, an elevator to the penthouse floor and a washer/drier in the building. Located at the Mountain Village Town Square plaza, with 5 restaurants, a grocery store, shopping and the gondola within a few minutes walk.

TERMS and CONDITIONS *50% payment due to reserve dates, balance payment before departure. Payment can be made by check, payable to Keith Brown and should be mailed to Keith Brown, PO Box 325, Telluride, CO 81435 *If you cancel your reservation 21 days or more before arrival, the 50% payment will be returned to you. If you cancel less than 21 days before arrival, no payment will be refunded. *Basement auto parking is subject to availability and should be reserved The basement ceiling/auto height limit is 6ft.8in. Parking alternatives include free parking a few minutes away at the MV Public Parking or leave your car at home! Telluride - Mountain Village are very pedestrian friendly. Airport shuttle is available and free gondola and bus stops are next to the Blue Mesa Lodge . * linen change every 5th day is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning is available at $35 per hour. *no pets, no ski ,bike or snowboards allowed in the lodge. A ski locker is at the entrance, snowboards can be kept in the guests auto or slopeside. *Please no shoes on the Blue Mesa Lodge condo carpets. |
